The original “He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not” sculpture by Tereza Mirzoyan was created in 1967 from hammered copper and stood on Abovyan Street. In the late 1980s, it was vandalized, leaving only fragments behind. Years later, her student Getik Baghdasaryan recreated the piece in bronze, and in 2012, marking the artist’s 90th anniversary, it returned to its place on the same street (Abovyan St. 21).
