We are happy to invite you on an unforgettable journey to our village resort where you will find raised bed gardens and orchards. The name HyeLandz derives from the words "high" and "lands" which is conditioned by the fact that Geghadir is a high elevation village.

HyeLandz Eco Village Resort represents a unique choice of stylish village dwellings from Armenian tufa stone houses to charming log cabins and modern units. Although all the houses are fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you'd expect for comfort and ease, you’ll find it much more interesting to spend the whole day outside, in the splendid surroundings of the resort. HyeLandz is a fantastic resort where you and your family can see a great variety of domestic animals, plants and trees.

The resort is surrounded by ecologically clean gardens and orchards where a great number of fruit trees, vegetables, herbs and flowers are grown. You can enjoy walking in the garden, picking with your own hands and tasting our apples, apricots, berries, cherries, figs, grapes, melons, peaches, pears, plums, strawberries, tomatoes, watermelons, almonds and walnuts in different seasons.

Vegetables like beets, cabbages, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, peppers, lettuce, onions, parsnip, potatoes, radish, squash and turnips are also grown in the gardens.

In the surroundings of the resort you can also see domestic animals such as dogs, cats, donkeys, fowls such as pigeons, parrots, hens, chickens, cocks, ducks, geese, peacocks etc. There are also beehives in the resort area and guests can take part in honey extraction process on honey extraction days.

You will find the resort a real museum of artwork, housing a great variety of old clay urns, churns, pitchers and other ancient Armenian tools and gadgets. 

At HyeLandz guests can watch or take part in the process of lavash baking in the tonir house and butter churning in Armenian khnotsi.

A variety of home made vodka, liqueur and cognac is available for consumption and stored in the resort's cellar.

Here you will also find a huge variety of home made jams, preserves and naturally dried fruits and herbs.
